Consign With Us

We are always accepting items on consignment. Small items such as frames, home decor, dining chairs, etc. can be brought in any time during business hours.
Larger items, such as sofas, dining tables, hutches, etc., we ask to see before you bring in. Text a picture to Jayna, the owner, 801-726-6398, or shoot us an email. We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner. 


Our Consignment Agreement:

"All furniture and home decor must be in current style, smoke-free, and in excellent condition.

You receive one-half (50%) of the selling price. 
We don't call consigners when items sell, you may stop in during business hours for money owed to you or call to have a check mailed to you. You can call during business hours to check on the status of your consigned items. 

We will display your items for 90 days. We reserve the right to have promotions and/or sales at any time during the contract period which may lower the price of your consigned item. During the 90 day contractual period, the items become the property of Consign and Design pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. if the consignor elects to reacquire the item(s) before expiration of the 90 day period, a fee of 30% of the tagged retail price will be charged for each reacquired item(s).


After 90 days, consigner is responsible to pick up unsold items within 7 days after contract period has expired. After 97 days items become property of Consign and Design and will be donated to a worthy charity. 
We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for damage or loss.
